Saifuddin Mohammed filed complaint against Amazon India on Nov 5, 2018
I had ordered a Moto G*S plus phone from Amazon.in and it was delivered to me on **th October. To my surprise the smartphone was missing from the shipment. It had been replaced with a small rock as seen in the attached pic.
Since then I've been following up with customer care. They said they will investigate and send a representative to inspect the package. Nobody turned up to visit me and inspect the package. Finally they sent a mail stating that package was delivered intact and refund will not be provided.
This has caused me distress both financially and mentally. I request you to take action against Amazon.in and provide me justice.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
