on date of * Feb ****, I ordered Red roses chocolate combo worth *** (but they charged *** for delivery and ** for peak timing charges= *** Total) with same-day delivery(for Guwahati) and they offered slot **.**-**.** Pm and I chose the same. but they didn't delivered, i was thinking that time that maybe they will deliver late but day was over and the order was no more worthy as I booked that because of Rose Day. even i tried to contact them on all the options provided on their website, including Call, email, chat box available on their site/their Facebook page messenger but nothing worked no call pickup no reply from their side on any mode of communication, i was like in a shock and blaming myself that why i paid them without any crosschecks, another day passed and i still trying to contact them but result is zero, this not about money that matters but I want to screw them so they should think once before cheating someone. and i searched about that site and got to know that they cheated thousands of people as like me.and I think this is not acceptable in year like **** because of these fraudsters no one will believe in real business organisation.
