UG filed complaint against Myflowertree.com on Sep 8, 2022
I ordered (Order Id *******) a bouquet of ** multi-coloured roses in a vase but they delivered a simple bunch of roses which do not match with product on display from any angle. The arrangement of flowers was simply missing. When I explained the problem to them by calling their number **********, the customer rep said 'let me check' and then simply disconnected the phone. Thereafter they didn't pick the phone. Bogus site, false advertisement and fake images of products - they are out there to cheat remote customers. Don't go by all the fancy bouquets on their site. These are just images picked from other site. Myflowertree doesn't have the necessary set-up to deliver these. Not at all recommended.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
