Complaint filed against: Amazon India
I ordered Huawei P20 Lite from Amazon India on 14th May 2018 and I was supposed to receive the receive the order by 18th May. But I didn't receive the order, I called the delivery boy 5-6 times but he didn't answer my call. At the end of the day I received a message from Amazon saying that the order has been cancelled because it was refused at the time of delivery.
I reported this matter immediately to Amazon customer care.
They told me that I would receive the order within 24 hrs but on 19th also I didn't receive the order. I made several calls to Amazon till 21st May but they didn't take any action and my order was returned back to seller.
I bought the product in sale receiving debit card discount and exchange offer.
I wasted hours talking to the Amazon customer care, the escalated the matter thrice but it didn't fetch any results.
I asked to Amazon to compensate for the time and the cost which I had to bare but they didn't seem to care at all.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
