Zomato app shows that the order is delivered when the order is not delivered to me. Delivery executive is not picking my call and zomato customer service asks me to write to order@zomato.com for resolution in **-** hours. At least in these issues zomato should help their customers immediately. This is serious harassment. They are just looting the customers by not proving appropriate customer support.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
