BALRAM MENON filed complaint against Amazon India on Oct 12, 2021
Amazon order no ***-*******-******* placed on **nd Oct **** for delivery on *rd Oct ****. The item showing delivered on *rd Oct at ****. At **** I enquired with the security who said no delivery has taken place. I live in a * floor * flat building with security round the clock so not possible it has been delivered to some other flat. No PIN was requested from me by the AMZON agent. Contacted customer support from *rd till **th October and met with the same stonewalling response that wait another ** hours / escalated et etc but no firm resolution. I would like my order delivered OR a refund to which there has been no support from AMAZON. I have tweeted / mailed /chatted / spoken all and sundry in AMAZON but am being made to run from pillar to post with no resolution.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
