- Order cancelled by Amazon. Provide same item as it is available for sale on Amazon Open
I ordered "LG 43LH547A 108 cm (43 inches) Full HD_LED_IPS TV (Black)" item on August 10, 2017 (order id 408-3575793-1401966) and made online advance payment of Rs. 35,889.01 (Item Subtotal: Rs.35,499.00 + Shipping & Handling:Rs.390.01) while placing the order.
I received mail from amazon regarding Order Confirmation and preparation of shipment of purchased item. Amazon tracking system was showing that product will be delivered by August 17-22, 2017. This purchase was also eligible for 15 % cashback under SBI cashback offer for Great Indian Sale August 9-12, 2017. I received the mail from Amazon stating I’m entitle for cashback.
Today on August 17, 2017, after a week I received mail from Amazon on my registered mail id that this order has been cancelled. Order was cancelled by Amazon without my concern. In the mail, it was mentioned that seller failed to ship the order so cancelling the order.
I tried to post my concern under review and rating section of the product but Amazon rejected my request.
Please provide me item instead of refund the money. You may facilitate the item from another seller as item is still available for sale on Amazon.
Amazon is facilitator and liable for the sale. If Amazon is failed to provide item on or before promised delivery date, I will have to put the case before district consumer forum for unfair trade practices and for compensations.
