I had been a customer of Bigbasket for * Years. I used to place order for grocery for one to two month for my home. Usually my invoice was around INR ***** and sometimes it exceeds INR ***** as well. On *th September **** I placed a order of around INR *****. To my surprise the order was cancelled by Bigbasket and I got full refund. Then I placed order of approx INR **** on *th September ****. For this order the delivery team was already at my door step, but then the order was cancelled by Bigbasket and again the amount was refunded. Then I noticed that my account was blocked. On continuous followup their customer service team informed me that this was a bulk order and it violated their policy. I was surprised to know this, because in the past also I placed similar orders and while placing the order, the big basket app never warned me on the limits on number of items or on order billed amount. I tried my level best to convince them that they are blocking a genuine consumer. But all in vain. It is still OK with me that they cancelled my order, but it is not acceptable to me that they blocked my account without proper investigation and on a false ground. I feel in this case Bigbasket is the loser, because they are blocking their customers themselves.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
