hi my name is divya and i ordered online groceries from bigbasket and the money was deducted number of items was around ** and it was placed on **/**/**** ,the *st time payment failed and * nd time it was paid to the upi id bigbasket@paytm and upi ref was *********** on the same date around *.** pm the amount was ***.** now they dnt call and just chat and get off tired of asking them to call me
