My order with id EXN-**********-******** was supposed to be delivered by ** pm on **nd april. But when I logged into app prior ** pm the order was cancelled and rescheduled for **th April that too without my consent.
What kind of customer service is this??? They don't respond over chat support as well.
I request you to take this seriously and act accordingly.
