BigBasket - Account Blocked For No Reason

Yesterday I placed two orders with same items to use of my neu coins. I got a call from bigbasket stating that you have done a multiple orders, we don't allow such through personal account, for that you need to do it from business account. I've said it was for home purpose as it's shell life is of three months, so I wanted to stock it up as I wanted to use my neu coins in one go. Even I requested them to deliver one order, *nd one you can cancel, no issues. But he Deliberately cancelled my both orders, then later on bigbasket itself has blocked my account. Now they are not being reactivating my account even after so many requests made to them via several help portals.

I was their user for more than * years, before yesterday incident, they never blocked my account or never called me regarding delivery.

All of a sudden, they have started acting weird now, as they simply rejecting neu coins orders whichever they applied.

This is completely not fair, even though their all the items available on website are truly most expensive than market rate, still they are acted like this, and now not unblocking my account.

Even though I've shared my concern to them properly, I've done this due to neu coins which I wanted to spend.
