I have purchased blue Star edge UV + RO in November ****. From *st week it stops working than blue star change it. Then every ** to ** alternate day, it stops working. I have complained to customers care ( Dear Customer, your complaint Ticket: B********** will be attended shortly. If not responded in ** working hours, please call our dealer Metro Aqua Systems on **********, **********. Your customer id is ******* for future quick complaint logging. Our **/* toll-free no: *********** or Email us at customerservice@bluestarindia.com or SMS Service on *****) I received this message. This number said it's not my area. Service manager Deepak said we are not giving service in my area. What should the customer do? It's not working. Kindly do urgently.
