I have purchased blue star portable AC - * ton on *rd September, ****. It has not even been a year and its exhaust pipe has broken due to heating issue as confirmed by onsite technician
Given that the product is under warranty yet I am being asked to pay **** ruppees for its replacement while I had already paid ***** ruppees for this product not even a year back.
I am a student and being asked to pay such high amounts even when the warranty period isn't over is highly unethical on company's ground
Please help!
