Hi Team,
I placed an order of Videocon D*H HD set of box on **th August **** and I requested for the cancellation on **th August **** but the order cancellation request was not acknowledged and I received the item today(**th Aug ****) despite applying for cancellation and now they are refusing to accept the cancellation.
