My sister took online course in byju's on *st April
and for registration process we paid **** and total course fee is ***** and remaining amount we have to pay in EMI process and they told
we will deliver books in one week and also start online classes soon but still now there is no use and we called and asked for that and they are skipping it and due to this interest gone and we dropped mail for cancellation process and for that also they are not responding we dropped mails so many times and also called for customer care but there is no use and we paid one month EMI amount also for cancellation they told like that and after that we are not paying EMI amount but they are sending mails and messages for EMI amount and disturbing so much and they are deducting amount from my account and that is the reason we approached you for this problem
