I have Purchased Byjus course of ***** rs And I returned under ** days according to policy . Everything clear in rupees **k ,I have paid *k instantly with phone pay ( I have proof) and Byjus counsellor open a unsecured loan without informing us, and he don't read me papers which we have signed . Only Pan And adhar he loans with **k emi
Which is remain unclosed but I have asked Byjus customer care so they say they can't do anything, this is finnance team , we have very suffering mentally and financially. Please Help me out
