Make My Trip
- Online booking for which no support was available Open
I made an online flight booking from MakeMyTrip with zero cancellation facility for which I paid extra. Then when I had to cancel it no one for available to support me as the customer care site says we provide support only when you log in and do bookings so here they should not allow guest user reservation online. The MMT company at Nashik said we had been told by MMT not to also hear to any customer who comes to you and who has done an online booking.
I had to cancel through airlines and not sure whether I will be getting the remaining amount from MMT. It amounts to fraud that too from innocent customers.
