Dear Sir,
I ordered a cellphone (Panasonic P-**) in Independence day offer in exchange with my old cellphone (Lenovo ****) with order no. ***-*******-*******. The delivery man didn't took the cellphone as there was slight screen damage in the corners of the cellphone.
My genuine question is that why didn't the Amazon India declared the old product criteria just besides the exchange offer. There is no guideline related to the exchange of the products.
For the exchange of product, the company has directly debited the amount as per the guidelines. But, where is the guideline for the old product exchange (quality related). They have not even mentioned the details of exchange product on email.
By this they are making the customer fool.
Hence, I am lodging the case against Amazon India.
