Haier india - old product delivered

I purchased refrigerator from MY ELECTRONICS, Nakodar, Punjab on **-**-**** but the concern is that Manufacturing date mentioned over box is january-**** but I want refrigerator of current date For which I contacted the dealer but he is forcing me to buy this ** months old model and also asking amount ****/- for the replacement ,after that I sent mail to the company on **-**-**** but did not get satisfactory response . I have not opened the product and its packed as it is. I want to lodge grievance.
