Hello Haier,
Model Number - HRB-****PMG-E
I want to inform you about the quality of the refrigerator, the refrigerator door fell on my kid and hurted her badly. All items that were kept in the fridge broke down.
luckily she is ok and just in trauma how can the refrigerator door fall? as I or my family or many others using this fridge technology for more than ** years now, haven't seen any such incident.
When I complained I was told, No mirror door comes now as per your Model, you will get only a fiber door which will cost approx **** INR?.
I want to know if your product is such low quality that within * years they are just broken and hurting the people.?
My mistake: I purchased a Haier Refrigerator/WashingMachine/LED? I would not recommend this to anyone now.
