Dear Team,
It is to inform you that I have purchased Haier AC in July'** under * years comprehensive warranty offer and ** years warranty on compressor.
As per sales executive it was informed me under this * years comprehensive warranty you have to pay only visit charge after * year and there will be no charges for anything comes under technical issue like ..gas charging and faulty parts replacement for indoor and outdoor units.
Now problem is every time when service center Janus electronics technician visit to my home for AC complain they asked me gas charging cost as they don't know this is not chargeable to me.
Last month I complained and they repair it by gas charging and replacement of cooling coil and that time I paid only rs.*** visiting charges.
Now when I complain yesterday about the same issue gas leaking and low cooling then today they forget about the warranty plan and asked me to pay the gas charges...strange !!!!
Every time I called customer care to confirm the same infront of them due to this I have to spend my time on this issue which is waste of my time out of my busy schedule. I don't know why this service center don't have proper record of warranty with them.
Now they refused my complain by saying customer refuse to pay gas charges..
When I called Haier they asked me to contact service center.
It's been more than * days they are not resolving my issue.
Please help.
