Haier india - Urgent Complaint regarding Unresolved and poor services from Haier AC services

Dear Haier Customer Support Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor service experience I have encountered while requesting AC servicing. Below are the details of my issue:

*. Service Request (**th March ****): I requested an AC service on **th March ****. A service executive named Vivek from Parth Services contacted me and assured that a technician would visit on the same day. However, no one arrived.


*. Follow-up Attempts (**th March ****): The following day, I repeatedly followed up with Vivek, asking for an update and the contact details of the technician. After multiple attempts, he finally shared a phone number.


*. Technician Visit & Service Fee Payment: I contacted the assigned technician, Aman Tomar, who committed to visiting between *-* PM but arrived around *:** PM. Without performing any service, he collected ₹*** as a service fee and assured me he would return the next day for gas refilling and other necessary work.


*. Failure to Deliver Service (**th March ****): On the scheduled day, Aman Tomar did not answer my calls. After multiple attempts, I called Vivek again, leading to an argument between me, Vivek, and Aman Tomar. Vivek initially assured me that a technician would visit by * PM. However, despite my repeated follow-ups until * PM, my calls were ignored, and later I was informed that someone may visit tomorrow or even later.



This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I have paid for a service that has not been delivered, and despite continuous follow-ups, I am left without any resolution. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have faced such negligence; I have been struggling with Haier AC services for the past three years since purchasing this AC, with no proper support or resolution.

I request an immediate resolution to this matter. Kindly arrange for a competent technician to complete the service at the earliest, or initiate a refund of the service fee I paid without receiving any actual service. Additionally, I expect strict action against the service provider for their unprofessional behavior and false commitments.

Looking forward to a prompt response and resolution. If this issue remains unresolved, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further.
