Haier india - Poor after sales service and a defective PCB board on my Haier 1 5 tonne AC

I bought a Haier Split AC inverter type *.* tonne capacity in ****. Since then, we have hardly used it for four months in a year. One night the AC did not switch on after we heard a loud bang from the AC and to seek resolution I called up the Haier direct service center in Indiranagar (https://maps.app.goo.gl/hQjX**EDugJYrgyd*). They registered my complaint and mentioned that the technician will get in touch with me and the visiting charges would be *** Rs. The technician did call me and after getting to know that I do not speak the local language Kannada, he started abusing me, called me a motherfucker and told me to complaint to whichever authority possible. I duly called back the center to get this misbehaviour registered and asked them to send another technician and take strict action against this guy. The service center never got back to me. I tried registering a complaint on Haier India's portal, but Haier India did not get back on the complaint. I posted on twitter to raise awareness about this issue and also highlighted that the Indiranagar service center has had many similar negative reviews from many customers (https://x.com/kaustubhv****/status/*******************?t=ppkxCCJwzUc*sQ*vcFglXQ&s=**). After this I got the person who installed my AC to have a look at this issue and he told me that the inverter PCB board had multiple ICs blown up, even after a fuse being in place to prevent this from happening. This is clearly an issue of bad PCB design and very poor after sales service, which needs to be resolved urgently.
