I had ordered for the One Plus *T from amazon.in, the phone had network issued that was acknowledge by the engineer sent by Amazon and he authorized a replacement. The phone was picked up on **/**/****, however Amazon claims that the pick up was cancelled and they have to investigate this and will take * working days. Its more than a week now and they still have no resolution.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
