We had a room booking at hotel ** elegance on July **, **** and when we reached hotel they mentioned they can allow only * of us but we had an infant of * year with us and they told they will not allow kid with us.
As per the hotel policy they will only allow *adults. Hence we requested them to cancel the room but they asked us to send an email to Ease my trip and I did same but however they are not responding properly to the emails
