Paytm Mall - Not refunding money

With the reference to my order ID *********** I would like to inform you that I purchased a Room Heater of Havells brand from Paytm mall on **th December **** and got the delivery on **nd December **** ,when I turned on the heater it was making huge sound due to faulty fan and the manufacturing date was December ****, they sent me old and faulty product. I immediately returned the product as it was under * days return/replace policy of paytm but my return request got rejected for no reason. Now I've written them so many times but they are asking me to contact Havells. Why they are not returning the product? They are harassing me by not responding. They themselves violating there policy of return/replacement.
I purchased a new product and I want it working perfectly, I don't want to take my brand new room heater to service centre for repair. This is not at all acceptable. Please help me get my refund.
