Hi everyone
I want share a expricen of yatra as well spicejet both are not ready refund my e been money i booked a ticket during lockdown i complain several times to yatra and spicejet but they are not bother about my issue.As per DGCA instruction all cancelation during COVID ** pandemic will get full refund but this airline and airline agent are not ready to refund the money.
kindly help if any know better way get the refund back.
