Niranjan k filed complaint against Lenskart on May 13, 2022
I availed the company's warrenty. The warrenty was accepted in email. The delivery person came and took my old pair prior to providing me a new one. This is affecting my work and everyday life. I literally couldn't see. I lost money on my absence in work. I'm sitting simply in home because of lenskart. This is the *rd day and still i haven't got any product delivered.
Why should I be in suffering and facing loss while I'm availing company's warrenty, as a customer.?
