- Not received refund of the online course which has been removed from the company site Open

Hi Team,
My complain against the company "Udemy, Inc." which is an American massive open online course (MOOC) provider aimed at professional adults and students.It was founded in May **** by Eren Bali, Gagan Biyani, and Oktay Caglar. Type of site - Online Education, industry - e-learning.
I purchased one course named "Identity and Access Management Course" on March **, **** (receipt has been attached) from Udemy.com which costs *****/- INR.I was learning from the course. On **th September,**** I found the course was being removed from their site (screenshot has been attached), hence as per the procedure and policy I should receive the full refund of the course, accordingly I raised request for refund (Please refer the attached file “Udemy Complaint Email_*_Gmail - Re_ My course was removed.pdf”) on **th September,****. In return I received response from their team at Sep **, ****, **:** PDT that they have initiated refund from their side which I should receive within *- ** days. As a timely follow-up I raised concern on *th Oct,**** **:** AM IST, in return I received response at Oct *, ****, **:** PDT quoting the response here from Oberdan Rivera (Support)"I checked with our payment processor and I can confirm that we issued you a full refund for the Identity and Access Management Course course.
It generally takes *-** business days for the payment processor to credit the money back to your account. Some refunds, however, may not post to your account for up to ** days. Since your refund request was processed on Sept. **, ****, you are still within this timeframe.
If after this time you still don’t see your refund reflected in your account, please contact us again so we can further investigate.”.
Again, on **nd October I followed up as I didn’t receive the refund, and they auto closed the ticket. After this I have reached out to them regularly through * separate tickets during these * months. All the email conversation is being attached. In the meantime, I tried reaching out to them via twitter and Facebook handler but with no luck.
In one conversation they have credited ***** credit point mentioning that it has *-month validity and I can purchase courses from this credit point. But I raised concern that my current employer provides Udemy Business account, which is free across all the course, so I don’t need to purchase from my own account. Also, practically I may not need to purchase any course within this * month, worth *****/- and mostly their courses range across ***/-. It is so much unethical that they are forcefully adjusting the monetary refund with credit point where it is such a big amount. Post which on **th November I was assured from the Udemy Escalation team that I should receive the refund within ** days. But again, no refund. Now I have reached out to them on *th Jan **** (Please refer the attached screenshot of the ticket raised as received no response yet). I am now helpless and have no idea how to fight against such a big organization. I am providing Udemy India address which I found on google, please help me as I can’t back out because *****/- matters a lot to me. Thanking you in anticipation.
