I have not crossed udemy refund policy.. Purposely they are not refunding my money.. They are giving me messages "Based on your refund history, your account has been flagged for excessive refund requests and is in violation of our refund policy. At this time we are unable to grant your refund request. When your account is no longer in violation of our policy, you will be able to request a refund."
*. In excess refund policy, the limit is not mentioned. I didn't understand how many refunds can a person get.. As it's a **-day trial policy we have the right to check the course and return the course.
*. I have not seen the content of the previous last * courses nor downloaded any huge content..
