I purchased a course on November *st, **** but it’s not added to my account yet. I scanned the QR code in their billdesk gateway and successfully completed the transaction. Udemy’s customer support is very slow and informed me that bank will refund as it is a failed transaction. When i raised dispute with my bank, they confirmed that the transaction was successful. Udemy support has stopped to my emails. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times. I think they are running a small time scam that will make them millions like this
