Udemy.com - Refund not processed

I' ve requested a refund last week and the customer representative is saying the refund is processed, but when I asked again and again one of the customer representative said there was a technical issue and refund is processed and the other one said refund is processed right when I requested, I wrote refund requests *-* times but no response from them I've asked them to show me proof of refund approval but no one is giving any thing.Please help me.
