I have discontinue this connection in November, after *-* days installing new connection. I had paid advance * month rental for this. At that time i had called customer care that i will receive my refund in ** days. But till date i have no receive any refund amount.

I already write to them after ** days. Why they ask me same question again and again
Also Telephonic Customer Support also told me that they can do nothing for me. Only mail can help. But over mail they are repeating questioning again and again.
