Boat lifestyle - Not got my refund

I have placed a order of boat immortal blade katana earbuds for rs.****.** on prepaid payment
**th November ****. It was out for delivery and the delivery agent came but I refused it to take and told him to cancel the order and the delivery agent cancelled it on December * of **** . After that I was waiting for my refund but I was not received I wait for *to * days I ha e not got any update for the company side so I called their customer service they told that the will process it and update in ** to ** hrs but there was no update so after ** hrs I called them again kept saying the same thing and now it has passed more than ** days still I didn't get my refund or any updates regarding my refund
