I have ordered a Neckband to gift my sister on ** June and it shown delivered on **th whereas i have not received the product even no call from delivery person or no otp based authentication, i raised issue with boat support by mail/Linkedin but no support received , they just avoid by saying your query will resolve in next **-** hours, even i called to there support but every time only response is they are checking , in one of call they confirmed you will received your product within **-** hours but not received, again i raised a mail and their final reply is we are not able to help you
this was pre payment(around *** by card+ *** coupan code) and i have not received product, this is not about a small amount/Money, it is for Justic if they are doing like this with *** or ****'s of customers they can earn a lot black money, the support system should be good for such a big player otherwise they can loot to villagers or poor people they don't understand about complaint/emailing system, I will go to all where customer court /FIR
