I purchased a boat smartwatch for general purposes.i.e notifications, fitness tracking etc. The heart rate and o* sensors work even when kept on tables, hence proving that they are a scam. By the time i realised this, They have placed refund slabs based on usage and are not providing me with the full amount. Also they told it'll take them ** working days to refund the amount.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
