Boat lifestyle - Order not placed successfully on BOAT app but money deducted and not refunded even after 20 days

Ordered boat extend smartwatch from official BOAT app, then during payment process, money were deducted from my account & app got minimised automatically.. I'm trying to connect with BOAT helpdesk, but noOne is responding to my messages.
They are asking for the payment details, so I shared my bank-account statement & UPI transaction I'd and all.. still they are not confirming the refunds.
