I humbly submit that I have returned a product for replacement on dated * April ****. My Order I'd is ****** and ticket no. is ******. Still I've not received any update regarding replacement delivery. They're continuously telling that the product replacement is out of stock. Now even that product is no more visible on website.
Then I requested them to that Initiate refund as soon as possible as it is about * months since I returned the product. I've lost all hopes as of now. I've shown enough patience. Continuously they're giving lame promises. From past * months they're promising that your order is initiated for refund and say to wait for ** days. After every ** days they repeat the same. They're completely fraudulent minded
