- Not giving refund against my booking and no customer support cheated my money Open
I have booked bus ticket for travelling from salem to Karaikudi (Kurunchi Travels Bangalore to Rameshwaram route) by Redbus ticket booking application for travelling on ** April **** ** PM.They collected Rs.**** towards the ticket.
On the day of departure, there is no tracking was available on the app, as well as unable to contact the bus driver no which is shared on the message from redbus operator before the journey. When I get back with redbus agent they mentioned they are not able to reach the bus operator and bus driver to know the realtime status of bus. I had connected with kurunchi travels via online and got the driver phone number then I reached the bus driver, he said bus is late due to bus broken down, delayed by * hrs and came to salem pickup point at * AM
So I contacted the redbus chat box and then had a call with support agent and explained the situation, then I told that I was travelling by my own arrangement to reach the destination. The agent also confirmed the same and mentioned that he will sure give solution with in **hrs upon confirmation with the bus operator.
I called multiple times on the issues after that **hrs to the redbus agents, they said that they will revert back to me, but there is no response from them. so after * days, again I called the support agent she mentioned that operator is not giving refund to me and they will update the status to the next level escalation.
No response yet, so I made a mail to redbus grievance mail regarding the issue, no update from their end for last one week.
This is the situation which I am undergoing on, so ridiculous and unsupported action from the redbus service.
Please do the needful and I request to help me to get the compensation for wasting my time and energy, since I had no sleep on that day, I had travelled to Karaikudi by local bus upon spending this much of money for online booking, but this kind of agent apps not providing the support at the time of need and doesn't working as per thier promised time schedule.
Please take immediate action upon this subject and investigate with Redbus, Kurunchi bus travels regarding the issue, I need a compensation and solution.
