- Not giving commission by easemytrip.com for b2b portal and whitelevel website Closed
Dear sir/ madam,
I am a travel agent from Bangalore. I took a website and a business to business portal from easemytrip by paying Rs. ***** . Before taking the website I spoke with their representative and they told whatever profit or commission I will earn will directly get credited in my bank account. Now after making the portal and started doing business I found they have totally cheated me. I found that all my commissions and profits were stuck in their wallet and there is no option to take out the money to my bank. They refused to return my commission to bank . I spoke their senior higher authority Mr. Sunil and he also said the commission cannot be transferred to bank and can be utilized in next booking. Also their were many times I even did not get proper commission because of their faulty design of the commission structure .
I am a small businessman & I need to get profit in my bank for my personal uses. I even told them on the *st day to take back my website and give my Rs. ***** back, as they made fake commitment that all the profits will be transferred to bank.
I have full recording of the conversation which I had over phone and want to place it in front of the court if required and also recording of Mr. Sunil who told me clearly that I will not get the money in my bank and it is also said by their CEO. I placed the call record of the conversation to the entire easemytrip team but then also they said they will not transfer the amount in my bank.
