Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing this complaint to bring to your attention the issues I have been facing with BYJU'S Ed Tech Company, as a consumer of their IAS coaching course. I believe my rights as a consumer have been violated as per the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, and I seek your intervention in resolving this matter.

Facts of the Complaint:
*. On Date **-**-****, I purchased an IAS coaching course from BYJU'S Ed Tech Company for a total amount of INR **,***. I paid an initial registration fee of INR *,*** and provided them with my bank details for EMI deduction.
*. During the sales process, BYJU'S representatives assured me that I had a **-day observation period during which I could evaluate the course and cancel it if unsatisfied.
*. After accessing the course content, I found it to be unsatisfactory and not aligned with my learning requirements. I decided to cancel the course within the **-day observation period.
*. However, since **-**-****, I have been attempting to reach out to BYJU'S customer support to initiate the cancellation process. Despite repeated attempts and assurances that they would arrange a call back, I have not received any response or assistance from their side.
Reliefs Sought:
*. I request a full refund of the INR *,*** registration fee that I paid.
*. I seek cancellation of the course subscription and the prevention of any unauthorized EMI deductions from my account.
*. I request compensation for the mental agony, frustration, and inconvenience caused by the company's lack of response and uncooperative behavior.
Prayer:
I, therefore, kindly request the honorable commission to take appropriate action against BYJU'S Ed Tech Company and ensure the resolution of this matter in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. I also request a full refund of the registration fee and the cancellation of the course subscription, along with the compensation for mental agony and inconvenience.
