I am currently in Hyderabad and tried getting back to Kolkata my hometown. I had ticket booked for **th April as I have my aged parents there in Kolkata going through some issues and me being the only son of the family I had to travel as soon as the lockdown gets opened. But as I cancelled my ticket yesterday out of mistake and kept calling make my trip helpdesk for revoking my cancellation request but they didn't answer my request and I also spoke to airlines they confirmed me that they haven't received any cancellation request from make my trip. At end I got fed up and tweeted make my trip and AirAsia at *:**pm IST asking for revoking my cancellation request to which make my trip replied me stating ticket got cancelled and then after I countered them stating that my ticket is not cancelled by airlines still now, to which they replied please give us ** hrs we will get back to you after that. I thought now they might revoke my request but again today evening at *:** I got a response from make my trip stating ticket got cancelled. And to that when I called AirAsia they responded stating cancellation has been done as they received cancellation request today at **:**am. Make my trip is the worst company I have ever seen in my life time with such a useless customer support and resolution strategies.
