- Not getting refund of my ticket for the cancelled flight Closed

Booking ID - EMT********, PNR - E*I*JL flight booked from MAA To RDP.
During pandemic time our flight was cancelled by the airlines and they told they have added the booking amount in credit shell.
Now when I am going to use the credit shell it says me to contact with respective booking partner from where the ticket was made.
I conveyed this message several time to EasemyTrip customer care and first few times they told they will be refunding the booking amount in my bank but now they are telling that they are communicating with airlines and reply me back once they will get reply from airlines .
It has been going like this since last few months and my *.*K rupees get stuck.
