I have took an internet connection from Hathway Broadband by paying Rs. *** on **-**-**** and the receipt no: R-******** but the Hathway authorities have failed to activate my account and service. I gave compliant several times to concerned people via customer care but they did not solve the problem. Surprisingly, The Sale Executive (Mr. Ravith Kanth, mobile no: **********) kept my mobile number in block-list so that I am unable to contact him. However, neither I did get payment back nor the service. Thus, I am approaching you to kindly do the justice for me and take an action against this kind of malpractice.
