I am a regular customer of lenses from lenskart since past ** years.I placed an order from kankurgachi lenskart store kolkata on ** may ****.Generally when we have * spare lens we do place an order for lens as it might happen that the one which I m using get broken or lost .So I placed an order when I was using * lens.The store doctor advised me to buy a different lens this time and to my shock when I opened the pack of * on *th July I found my visibility was not clear with that new lens and when I placed a return it was rejected stating ** days policy was closed. Out of * lenses * were unused .I don't understand the logic how can I open a new pack of lens when I am already using the last one.
I want my query to be resolved soon.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
