I brought a benq projector worth **,*** rs
Before buying the projector I had enquired about it with the customer support that whether I can return it if I don’t like it, the service representative responded that I can return within ** days, then only I brought it.
When I got the projector the fire TV stick was missing and also I didn’t like the projector
So I requested for a return and refund the money
They conducted some sort of internal investigation and declared that fire TV stick was not missing and they could not help any further
Also, they give me the mail ID of managing director Amazon India but for some reason my sent mails are getting rejected
So I request to get my refund in return of that product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
