- Not able to Return my Order as it is not shown in Myntra Application Open

I have order * jacket from Myntra application on **th October and i got order message but i was not able to locate my order in application.
so i contacted the customer care via chat and they send me the link to trace my order , i got my order delivered on **th October but because of quality issue i want to return package containing both jacket which was intact and un-used and in Myntra policy it is clearly written **days return policy .
but i have send so many messages , email but no one is responding .
also i have send them email with attaching all the snapshot of bank detail , order message etc but they are not responding back .
please help me to resolve this issue
