Sir/Madam,
I am suffering from bad customer service of Samsung refrigerator from last ** days.I have purchased Samsung fridge model no.RT**K****BS/TL/**** of *** litres on **/**/****. My fridge is not cooling due to fault in compressor and leakage of pipe as told by the engineer...He said it will be repair with in * days but till now it is not been resolved...
I register my complaint on ** Feb ** with no.********** but till date problem is not been solved My parents are senior citizens and they are going through immense mental stress and trauma and financial loss from last ** days...
I request Samsung for repair/replace/ refund in full as no other way to usage of appliance.It''s the company''s fault that they don''t have the defect part..
Please consider the seriousness of the issue, mental stree and financial loss as they have to throw many things coz of non functioning of fridge...
Needless to say that if the needful is not done, I will be compelled to go to consumer court.
