So far we have not received any refund /reply. The matter is as follows.;
I ordered to purchase a redmi note 4 black 64 gb mobile from your site/store vide order no. 408-521-3383-2579501 dated 5 july 2018 which was delivered to me at my address on 10 july 2018 for which i made the payment through my atm debit card of Bank of baroda , Mayur Vihar Phase 3 Delhi-96 card holder Lal Singh .
After using it 2 days it was found that its microphone was defected so I told this problem to the amazon representative on the phone and its test was also carried out through blanco app then after this test they advised to return the device through amazon representative.
On 15 july 2018 your representative Mr. Mukesh came to collect the mobile .He gave us a receiving to refund vide your return item ref tracking no. 710773428207 dated 15 july 2018 .
10 days have been over but so far we have not got any refund into my bank account whereas during these 10 days we have also talked to your representative to initiate the refund immediately but no satisfactory answer is given by them .
Even today also we talked to your representative at 2300 hrs but he also didn't give us any suitable answer to refund the amount
