- Non Late delivery of the parcel ^Open

I had booked the above mentioned packers and movers for shifting things from Kolkata (******) to Tirunelveli ( ******) on June *th. I am attaching the bills and invoices for your reference. Mithun (***** *****) has been in contact with us, even after daily continuous follow ups, the packages are not delivered till today. He has said the packages were moved to Bangalore on **th June, till now the packages have not moved out of Bangalore. He is saying he has personal problems and could not pay to the transport party for moving from Bangalore to Tirunelveli. All these have been lies as I complained to their Headquarters, he has reported that he could not find vehicles there. We are worried about our parcels and whether they will be delivered or everything is lost. Kindly help us in getting our things back.
